2.4 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us)
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- All original tags, seals, and packaging must be intact
- Products must not show signs of use or tampering
3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Dietary supplements that have been opened or have had the seal broken
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products that show signs of tampering or damage caused by the customer
This exception is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e), which allows sellers to exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
3.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at request@xlozarinvexdhor.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Your statutory rights regarding defective products are not affected by this policy.
4. Return Process
4.1 Steps to Return a Product

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions
- Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided in your return authorization
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
4.2 Return Shipping Costs

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
If the product is defective or we made an error:

5. Refunds

- Products returned without original packaging or missing components
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
